Title: What's the best way...
Post by: HavoX on August 18, 2014, 10:28:24 PM
To increase spinal load tolerance?  My spine/posture give out before my legs... My walkout is by far the worst feeling, then once I start my set 2-10 reps feels ok... But its mentally taxing when a weight feels super heavy before I can even do the lift...

Lock outs, then lock outs with a walk out.

I have four compressed vertebrae in my lower back that says there is only so much certain people can handle. Not everyone can be a massive squatter. I had to come to this realization. Which is why I started using really high rep sets on squats. Works so much better for me. I've managed to get more progress in my legs now than I did way back when I was squatting heavy around the 12 rep range.
