Title: A great idea for Kanye West

With the magnificent voice of an angel he has and his profound ability to put together lyrics to touch people's hearts and unify the masses we should nominate him to personally broker a deal for peace with ISIS and offer him 1 billion dollars upon his return from the deal whether they agree or not just as long as he goes and tries, what do you guys think?  Great idea huh
