I enjoy watching Dorians training videos and seminars on youtube. Has anyone here had any success with his style of training?

Same here, I stay in the 10 to 15 rep range but incorporate a lot of Dorian's advice. 32 so i think it's time to start going easy on the joints. It is tempting to give his routine another go for a bit though.  :D

I just train for the pump, and I chase the pump the entire session, don't even count sets or reps without much rest between sets..

In my blood and guts days, I kept training and food logs and was totaly regimented... It definitely works tho

If you watch the full video you will see Dorians training partners sweatshirt change.
This was due to the photographers camera shutting down mid training session.
He didnt stop Dorain training because he didnt want to interupt him, however after they finished he asked Dorian if they would do the session again tomorrow so he could get it all on tape.
Dorian said, "Nah mate, you will have to come back next week and do it again"
He did but Leroy had a different top on.

 ;D

i trained h.i.t dorian , mike mentzer style in my 20's  i  did go up in strength alot, but.    your   chances of injury go up alot ,   i damm near tore my bicep, in fact took my bicep nearly a year to get better, luckily no surgery, i also injured my right shoulder pretty bad to.

i wont train in that fashion ever again. also if you do decide to train like this  make sure you do a 20 minute cardio warm up first.

Yep. Also the famous black socks photos were never meant to be released to the public. They were just taken for Dorian's personal reference to check his progress from year to year.

And stretch. Dorian did all of those things and still tore his body to hell. Hes by far my favorite BB but I wont train like him...

A.Dont have the drive or discipline.

B.Dont enjoy feeling beat up all the time

C.Dont want to destroy my body

It worked for him but I never had any kind of mind/muscle connection going on when I tried to train like him, I felt like I was just heaving the weight around. When I started training more like Arnold I actually developed a connection and started feeling the muscle working and getting good pumps.

Dorian's program made me stronger but I didnt make much for muscular gains.

who knows, if I go back now and try it, it may be different. But I have zero desire to do that.
