From that preview it looks boring as hell. The best videos that I have seens are from Ronnie Colemand and Shawn Ray.
The Jay Cutler New, Improved and Beyond is also boring.

Shawn's and Haneys are the best vids. Its cool that they explain what they are doing instead of the typical "it ain't nothing but peanuts" thing

Yeah Shawns vids are awesome.
The video of dennis james was awsome to watch for the first few minutes cause he is so impressive but it gets boring really fast

But i did like his 5 plate bench and then with no warm up the 4 plate incline. Awesome shit! Too bad he didn't show his tricep routine :(

those dumbbells looked like 125-130 lbs. each, pathetic for a pro bb'er especially considering that he had a spot on 5 of the reps.
