Phelps came in 4th place. Wow. Phelps is probably having a hard time staying motivated.

Unbeatable @ 2008 Olympics & nearly unbeatable 2012 Olympics.

Rusty & coming out of retirement, It's probably hard to get motivated for the Pan-Am games.

Eh, Phelps always does this. He's so good he doesn't even really try unless it's for a gold medal.
