have you been on cycle before?

if its a new step plus hard consistent training and wholesome eating then quite a bit I would say.

If done right its more then you ever need if not looking for freak level. But you need "dedication" for diet and workout!
Then it can really make a difference and your hairline will love you for it. 8)

I was like 110 lbs at 16 dude ;D , around 180 lbs at 20. Since then I dont train, almost 3 years now, thinking about getting back to 180lbs and then maybe just maybe do some test. :)

I am ecto and I got burned out, joins were poping, no progress, just sad state. So, since I like progress I would probably add some low dose test to keep moving somewhere and not run for 1 kg after 2 years lol.

I would ask the same question in the steroid section. Much higher S/N ratio there.

In short YMMV, but if your goals are aligned with a slower growth rate and not get overly impatient it's not a bad way to fly.

It's quite a bit more test than "a 16 year old boy" that's for sure. I posted my hormone blood tests on 250/wk on the steroid board.

Yes, you have to train. A lot harder than you did natty. But you can. It isn't a magic pill.

I am glad I took the layoff, my joints are in great shape again, no "pain", no poping, nothing and for most part I feel even better than I used to, ofc now I would make some things differently, diet and training wise so I will be able to avoid some problems.

When it comes to building natural base, you cant gain muscle forever without hormones, you can gain some later on but its limited.
I am gonna build my natural base with natural tetosterone in my butt when right time comes. :P

Get back in the gym and get your diet right for 6 months. Try to get < 10%. Then look into hormones.

If you haven't trained for 3 years,  you shouldn't go right to drugs. Build your natural base first. And while doing that actually research your thought about cycle.... do you know about hcg, nolvadex, etc when coming off. As you going to get blood work?
Plus if you start to nearly you just cheat yourself of the benefits. You know your receptor sites become desensitized.  This is why people raise the doses to continue gains. Therefore if you start with no natural base you'll end up burning out faster. Get that natural base.
Then use the test to push further. Also like _aj_ said it's no magic pill.

Uh, not quite.

I'm on HRT and my levels at 250mg every 14 days is higher than a puberty age male.

250mg/wk is definitely 'juiced'.

im on 250mg of test a week,actually every 10 days.if u r training VERY INTENSE,and EATING ENOUGH GOOD QUALITY PROTIEN, and getting enough REST u can make very GOOD gains. maybe 8 to 12 pounds of quality MUSCLE in that YEAR and drop your bodyfat a few percenteges to boot, on a fairly lean guy that is a really huge gain :o

I would recommend that you try the animal stack it will increase your test and gh levels and give you strength and mass.

I really really truly hope you're trolling.
My dad bought into the whole test booster scam a couple months back, i told him to stop fucking around and spending $100/month on those useless capsules and ask a doc for HRT after getting some bloodwork done. At his age he's probably more than qualified for HRT. I also told him if he wants some serious results to go down to Florida and visit one of those anti-aging clinics and get a script for test, deca and whatever else they offer him  ;D .

back in the 90,s alot of guys where getting suckered into buying all those testosterone boosters also, there was a store near my house called fitness 2000,the owners son would pay juice heads from my gym to come to his store n hang out a few hours n when the wannabes came in looking for their magic pills to bodybuilding stardom and arnold like fame they saw the juicehead there with the bottles of test boosters in his hand and that was that

I think this is accurate. You will probably gain a total of 20lbs with 8-12lbs being lean, quality muscle in a years time which is excellent. This is with HARD training and consistent diet for a first time user.
