are significantly harder than underhanded! :-X I'M THINKING i should stick with the over hand grip for awhile and strengthen what was missed from all this time doing it underhanded! less bicep involvement is the only real difference? ???

Personally I usually feel it more in the biceps and forearms with an overhand grip so I always go underhand. I get a better feel and the contraction is a little better.

Really! i think underhanded are way harder! I can go soo much heavier if i do overhanded.

I find the regular hand grip (overhand) harder than the underhand version.To have the best of both worlds however I usually do 4 work sets.2 sets will be overhand & the other 2 sets will be underhand.
