looks like he's never touched a weight in his life, maybe he's too concerned his hair gets all messy while doing heavy exercise

What's the gist

Progression tables incorporating negatives and periodic "tests" (reps at certain weight) to gauge progress and adjust.  It lays out the entire body workout, including non chest work.

I hit a 325 single using it and 225 x 18 and 240 x 13.  Obviously nothing world beating, but I was happy with it given my frame and knowing zero about how to bench correctly.

So, 'moderate' weight necessitates knee wraps?   ::)

So, 'moderate' weight necessitates knee wraps?   ::)

225 is solid weight for high reps and knee wraps help. I was playing in getbigger way.

but 100 reps deep with 225 is something else.
