dj is currently on 500mg of superdrol a day
and hopes to break 150 by 2018
at which point he will relentlessy challenge get biggers to a body buidling contest
where only upper body shots in a well lit bathroom count

I do a combo... presses as heavy as i can go followed by extreme lightweight volume/form on lateral raises/fromt raises
So ill do the 85s for 3x8-6-4... then move to side laterals with 15s, doing a slow raise and controlled slow negative, 4x15, then fronts 15 4x15, etc.
