Hight? 292 is fucking big man. What kinda of shape were you in?

I hit 245 at 5 9 and that was pushing it nothing would fit unless xxxl and I just felt like shit with bad sleep apnea

Shit I couldn't breath.. had trouble walking.. just putting on cloth was a challenge..
I looked like a big power lifter..
That was about 15 year ago..
Now I don't care about bulking up anymore.. or the bodybuilding lifestyle / supplements/ juice...
Life is to important to die of a heart attack :-\
Now I'm at 230lbs and still losing weight..
Target is to be between 195 lbs and 210 lbs

It's quite a talent you have there, what with being able to determine my overall condition without having ever seen me in person. Wow.

Essentially NO ONE guesses my bodyweight at being much more than about 230-240. I don't know, maybe my (pushing) 30 years of brute resistance training has resulted in a lot of mass built beyond the obvious muscle. Like connective tissue, bone density, etc.

Like I say, I am not anywhere near stage shape. And I know what that is as I appeared on stage back in my bodybuilding days in a severely lean condition.

But I am no fatso.

That you're hacked off that I am of a more determined will and possess greater genetics for overall muscular mass is obvious.

Guess it sucks to be you.
