While Barack Hussein Obama has "no strategy" for dealing with ISIS (or anything else for that matter), some of his closest confidants have already started implementing a comprehensive plan that will guarantee American victory.

John Kerry: Upon discovering the gruesome spectacle of half naked Syrian soldiers executed in the desert, Kerry immediately sent a copy of the Geneva conventions to ISIS headquarters. This will prevent further human rights atrocities.

Michelle Obama: #stopbeheadingpeople

Eric Holder: To prevent Islamophobia, Holder set up a free hotline so ISIS fighters can report American captives who Insult Mohammad. This will improve America's standing in the international community.
