Obviously in the long run better than being maxed out at 20 with every chemical availiable already in your body (like Lesukov or Down Hill)

For being a Top level Pro it seems you gotta grow slowly and continously over decades (like Ronnie and others did)

This pics is frm an issue of muscular development from 1996 with milos on cover. He much younger then 24.
