hmmm.... well, out of the Jay Cutler DVDs I'd have to go with Ripped to Shreds. New and Improved is good but I enjoyed the former better. If you're really into offseason DVDs I'd go with Ronnie's Cost of Redemption.  8)

I agree that RTS is better than NI.  NI is kind of long and a bit more boring.  Both are worth watching and having in the collection, but comparatively speaking, RTS is better.

I just bought and watched Ronnie's new DVD "On the Road".
It's not as good as Redemption, but it's close.

There are guest posing clips, fan signings, and other events. Plus when he lifts, the whole gym stops and watches.  It's 5 days after the O, and his conditioning is sick.

Click here for Ronnie Coleman's "On the Road" (http://www.mesomorphosis.com/aff/clickthru.pl?id=ciscorob5&page=http://www.mesomorphosis.com/store/videos/ronnie-coleman-on-the-road.html)

I'll say go with New and Improved.  He may not be in as sick of condition as Ripped to Shreds but he talks a lot more, does a cribs like thing with his house, visits a local high school to give a speech a stuff like that. More real life Jay Cutler than his pre-contest DVD
