To answer the question, when I diet I write down pretty much everything I eat and calculate the macros and calories. When I start dieting I go from about 4k to 3.5k, then down to 3k, then 2k, I don't go lower than 1.5k and that's only if I'm 3 (or so) weeks away from contest day. If I'm just dieting for the hell of it I won't dip lower than 2k.
I like doing keto with a refeed every couple weeks with the calories mentioned above.
When on a bulk I don't count, I just eat like "normal" people, only a couple more times a day than they do :D

All these food have being verified, you can get the bruléed french toast at the cheese factory, the burger at red robin, the milkshake at basket robbins and the dinner at famous dave, when I have a cheat day and want to gorge myself this is how I do it.

Anyone that needs to take these drastic measures to feel good about themselves:
DAILY
2 cc npp . 2 cc tren ace . 1 cc primo ace . 1 cc sust . that was split in two injects
10 iu hgh split into three shots (3.3, 3.3, 3.3 or roughly that; whatever killed the bottle split into thirds),
slin with every meal, at one point probably 4 x daily up to 5 but i did go hypo and this was absolutely terrifying.
1 inject melanotan daily was on a .25 daily regimen instead of the loading . just .25 through and through. it works.
before every workout or even on off days when waking i would shoot through a slin pin via delt injectable dianabol or anadrol with tne . this was usually 2 injects becasue the slin pin only holds 1 cc and i was using 1 cc of each.
and WHEN the last item was applicable (shooting the extra test) i would up the hgh which would often lead to upping the slin, and thus more shots.
and HCG 3 x per week , sub q like melanotan or hgh when i don't administer im
then orals.
