 thats why guys like ronnie,yates,haney,arnold seemed to stand out much more cause of the height i believe, i know it happens but when do u really see a midget bodybuilder whos under 5,5 beat a guy whos 5,11 or 6,0 ft?rarely. also when has there been a mr olympia under 5,5? franco in 81 but we know he didnt deserve that,dickerson was 5,6 also which is on the short side.other than that most where atleast 5,9 and over if im not mistaken

the Danny / franco duel was 1981,  franco was way better in 1976, but destroyed his knee and made his comeback in '81.  that was his 'controversial' win.

i bet those men and women back then where way healthier than todays crop,they did bobybuilding the way it was meant to b done. to get healthy n stay healthy n build functional muscle,not just useless muscle that can only do a bench press and prolly would b outta breath cutting the lawn. those oldtimers where real bodybuilders imo
