so i joined a new planet fitness right by my house, (i know its gay,(no homo), but its only 10 bucks a month. so i have been going there
just to do cardio, and today i went for a quick shoulder workout. all of the people are rookies as far as i can tell, and they all do the same thing?
they come up to a machine and spray it down with the provided cleaner and wipe the whole machine down, then they do two sets, then they spray it
down again and wipe the machine down again?? it cracks me up.
twenty years ago we didn't even carry hand towels to wipe down equipment. how did it come to this??

Rookies in my gym put 5kg, 2.5kg weights on middle bars on bull racks ( for 10 or 15kg weights), and smaller weights outside big weights. That makes my blood boil.
I used to correct people on form or give advice but it is pointless.
