Is that 3 plates at the end or 2?

3 = 595

2 = 505

Bertil was a machine , there are some vids of him doing some erratic seated 100lb dumbbell curls too. Different form but strong as shit.

DAMN! I'm the biggest Bertil Fox fan on this board and I've NEVER seen that pic!!  :o. Bertil was light years ahead of his time. The first true mass monster and had beast arms and was stupidly strong.
