He is not saying cycle on and off, did you watch the video bro? He is saying stay on but switch compounds every 3 weeks.
He is saying rather than upping the dose of the same compound as your body adapts and gets used to it, stick with the same dose but continuously change compounds every 2-3 weeks, I bet someone like you would get huge benefits from his cycle theory advice.
Example: Total 500mg a week.
Week 1-3: 100mg Test P, 100mg Deca a week, + 20mg D-Bol a day
Week 3-6 100mg Sustanon, 100mg Tren, 20mg mg Anavar a day
Week 6-9 100mg Test E, 100mg EQ, 20mg Winstrol a day
Basically keep changing up compounds every 2 -3 weeks keeps your body guessing and it doesn't adapt so you keep making dem gains.
My friend tried this and made awesome gains in 3 months, where as before he was on 750mg Test for like 2 years and never improved.
I think he makes total sense, I will try this myself soon.

95% of pro bodybuilders will be telling you they are natural and their latest creatine supplement or protein powder was responsible for their physiques, while guys like Piana be dropping real knowledge and keeping it real.
He is also totally considerate about peoples health, saying stay away from steroids and advocating low dosages for most people and saying avoid using steroids at all if possible.
He is not like Boston Lloyd telling kids to mega dose etc.
Even though I like Boston too.
He also doesn't believe in over training bullshit.
Pretty much everything he says is spot on.
