hold until pump, than change sides and let the pumped arm hang and let the veins blow up (when you are an advanced poser i suggest just a tiny bit of tension in the tricep to created that nice full look without separating the horse shoe too much which decreases overall plump look) (careful very advanced balancing of tension not too little not too much)
