Just another one of those small, weak guys with issues. Cant lift heavy so he clings to "form" as his salvation. Although I do want a copy of the program he recorded.

this sounds like some personal trainer who just got his latest and fanciest certification.  he has his clients do things on those phsyio balls and very slow movements.  I've seen one of the guys I used to work with do that.  If he was training you, you'd be using 3 lbs. for laterals and extensions, 1 plate per side for everything from squats, presses, to deadlifts.  his clients look the same all year, every year.
just like any of you who've been at a gym, and one of the trainers, who looks like complete shit, comes up to you and critizes what you're doing and gives a suggestion.

You're forgetting one thing-those very slow reps with 3 lb. are both agonizing & capable of delivering minimal size.

Sounds like a winner. Add finger-pushups for added umph.

He sounds like a million other "trainers" that I see in gyms everywhere - either a fat chick or a skinny f#cker who you wouldnt think lifted weights in their street clothes (or anything else for that matter). The funniest thing is when some of them stand around and laugh at some guy who trains seriously and is actually built, talking 'bout his "form" etc. Whats the point in knowing the "perfect" form and the name of all the tiniest muscles if you (as a trainer) look like shit run over twice? :-\

Exactly.  The "core" exercise philoshopy to me, is bullshit.  I never use a core ball or silly movements with ultra slow speed, yet I'd lay money that my abs look better than 95% of these people do these routines.  It is amusing to say the least.

ahahahhahahahahahahaha........here he is
hahahahaha, no wonder he's angry at Ronnie and Flex, look at him, what he said about their form does have some merit but when he started talking about them being drug addicts, how they dress funny, how they're idiots, etc. that's how you know he prolly caught his wife or girlfriend with a pro level bodybuilder in bed.

going fast makes the weight easier to lift but you're still working your muscles just fine.

wow!! this guy proves, once again, that a tiny bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing.... and that muscle envy truly exists.

textbook form is a fine place to start when first learning how to do the basic movements, but controlled cheating is a great way to overload the muscle once youre at the advanced level. this idiot obviously does not have the ability or experience to tell the difference between "bad" cheating and "good" cheating. gee, if i were him, i might assume that a multi-olympia winner might just be doing the "good" kind. lol!! what an idiot!

Since when does Ronnie take illegal drugs? I thought steroids were legally manufactured and sold through pharmacies? Silly me. Must be all the ecstacy, coke and weed he takes which made him that big.  ::)

Maybe with some of his tips Ronnie can improve and do better at the Olympia. His back and biceps needs some work. Who knows, Ronnie might win one.

You should see those fuckers at my gym. They look like idiots curling 5 lbs, while trying to stay on the ball...........

Don't get me wrong, the med ball has its uses, but doing everything on it is silly.
