ISIS had very strict criteria for recruiting terrorists, so far the candidates seem to be as follows:

"Brits" aka ethnic minorities from the UK
Dumb slappers who follow their even dumber boyfriends
Wannabe rappers who have failed in their "career" and cant think of anything else to do
