Putting up a photo of ronnie taken from a bad angle when he was relaxed is not the way to argue cause I can simply do this to counteract you.

Isn't the stomach distension a product of HGH that the older generations ('60s, '70s and '80s) didn't have access to?

Today's generation would probably see Haneys physique more appealing and with more respect than those of today's standards.

Today's generation don't even look at today's bodybuilders like athletes .

Like they did back in the 80s

Think its more due to insulin usage.

Disgusted i think had a good explanation,... intra-abdominal fat storage.... all the insulin and yo-yo dieting comp bb involves causes a buildup on intra-abdominal fat, stored underneath the muscles, buult up around the organs.

They diet until all the fat is gone off the muscles, but it continues to build and accumulate around the organs.... i guess if you want to diet off the fat around the organs youd have to diet far longer than it takes to strip it away from the muscle tissue, so it just keeps building up and building up.

yes good theory but how to explain all the abdominal hernias?

this could also be linked to organ growth, rich piana speculates

I'm sure Ronnie could hit a vacuum in his pre-Olympia days...
