I noticed I'll gain 3+ pounds the next day after heavy leg day.....like clockwork.

I noticed I'll gain 3+ pounds the next day after heavy leg day.....like clockwork.
What do you think is causing that to happen.
Training hard & heavy, shocking the body, maybe that why your holding water.
Types of food eaten before leg day, or pre workout mix, hormones natural or otherwise.
I don't weigh myself, so can't comment on any weight gain after leg day,
I notice I can't eat my usual sized meal after & split it in two.

Yes I would think it is.
I also get DOMS quite severe after legs.

When I'm trying to cut fat and my diet is how it's supposed to ill b a whole lb lighter the next day after legs never paid much attention to weight after legs not on a deficit though.

Do you defecate on leg day?

I never have.

For me it's the opposite, being a hardgainer I always lose weight on leg days and have to put it back in.

Maybe you're just like Levrone and gain 5 lbs of pure tissue every work out leading up to the day of the contest..jk but i think it is more diet dependent than anything
