Flex would be definitely top 3 in my book. (For now we judge only by face and hands)

In that comparison Phil is so much bigger & thicker,
Flex is so much harder and drier..
Makes phil look watery & smooth.
And yet he generally makes others look soft.!!

Great arms but that's it IMO

Flex seemingly would not win the O, regardless of opponents. He'd either bail on the contest feigning a ninja attack, or sabotage his own diet and training due to not being able to handle the pressure. How many times did Flex actually show up at his best at the Olympia? Rarely. All the potential in the world, wasted.

This line up is easy pickings for Flex...Flex was messed up in the head after that accident...but even that Flex was more "in the zone" than Kai and company.
