reminds me of me.

Time to beef up those pecs a bit, then, brah  ;D

Just teasing.  That dude does look very good (all no homo).  From what I recall, Mindspin had better balance, but I don't recall him being quite that ripped.  Plus, this cat looks taller and wider; and these days, we all know it's all about width for the win.

Odd that I do not include a no homo tag there, I suppose  ???  ;D

Is he natural? He's not overly big. With good genetics he may be natural. I do not know. Wish I knew him in person to ask.

Ha!  Mindspin was bigger on stage!  Mindspin is at the show this weekend too.

This kid is far superior to the over-rated champ Marc Anthony.

he s on roids, cant be the "ideal body". Why does the ideal body always has to be enhanced for you clowns. Talk about a warped perception of reality.
The ideal body has to be natural and easily maintained with few training each week.

I would hope so cause if he is smaller than marc anthony then he needs to go to the hospital.

Don't need to be tough to point out a miserable rag doll with a superiority complex against anyone who looks impressive.

I think you're the same idiot who muttered something along the lines of 'he won't last long' in a Franco Columbu 73rd birthday thread LOL

I found out along time ago that its better to give credit where credit is due than hate on another person cause they got more than me or are built better,a encouraging word can go farther than most think,it doesn't cost a thing to say something nice and encouraging to someone.it builds great character as well

ya man the guy has achieved a level of muscularity and conditioning combined that is rarely seen. like he's holding a shit ton of dense grainy fiber and he's peeled. he suffered and worked his ass off for it. credit where credit is due.

For a functional, athletic natty physique, you could do worse than the late, great Lou Thesz.
