There's simply no way that physique should be getting a Sandow. It's just not worthy.
It's shocking how bad Phil looks this year. It's like his physique aged 5 years in the last year.
Drug tired. That's exactly what it is. He's hit that drug tolerance wall going 100 MPH and the result isn't pretty.

his best version was 2012 but even there he isnt anything special... if u compare this year vs last year he looks completely off looks overall a bit smaller, his right quad is bigger then his left one and his right calf looks smaller too waist got bigger and abs smoother...

You joking? 2011>2012. 2013 was prob his best look.

Watch vid of him in 2011, he looked great.
