So far Phil has had the following obstacles to overcome RIGHT BEFORE the 2013 and 2014 Mr. Olympia contests respectively:
- Wife's breast cancer
- Conveniently making amends with his estranged father at the hospital right before his demise
I predict that one of the following tragedies will occur RIGH BEFORE the 2015 Olympia to solidify his next undeserved victory:
- He will adopt a geriatric dog 3 months prior to the Olympia and put it to sleep weeks before stepping on the dais
- He will lose his favorite posing trunk on a flight 3 weeks prior to the Olympia and STILL make it to the stage
- He will make amends with his estranged cousin twice removed as his cousin is on his death bed
Adoring fans and Chic will praise Phil's legendary will to persevere and overcome obstacles which would obliterate lesser mortals' and send them into a tailspin into the abyss.

They do some good work. Fix a Mercedes in 94 so that he can crash and break his neck, then attack him back in 97. Both times he was out of Mr. Olympia.

Kai was right during the press conference. Phil should have made amends with his father before he was on his death bed. The previous wins should have been dedicated to him. Phil is a sad little man.
