Rami has bigger arms because he is a bigger dude. But, check the detail of Phil's arms---look at the split between bis and tris, that is where Phil gets everybody in terms of arms...it's the detail.

Kai was bigger , more muscular and more conditioned, esp from the back poses- this is the criteria they have been using
yes, phil has a more aesthetic flow to hjis physique but kai had no weak points

Jay won the prejudging at the 01 Olympia, which means most judges had him first on posing and Coleman won evenings where they do not judge physique back then in the evening, they only judge performance and posing so bottom line is the judges thought Jay had the better physique and the judges also thought that Jay won most mandatory poses.
Your opinions on everything bodybuilding related has the credibility of a peanut since it is only opinion where all arguments against you are backed up by a JUDGING PANEL which is substantial, albeit circumstantial but still hold more credibility then a random nobody on getbig stating opinions.
