Correct. He's tainted goods (pun most certainly intended). He ruined his chances with his gay4pay antics and fruit-porn. The powers that be will never allow him to be Mr. Olympia.  All he can do now is ride out the remaining career he has left and maximize his winnings and endorsement deals with some investments so he has a comfy retirement. Not a bad end. He will still have a legacy. It will just never be Mr. O.
