Mustard has 0 calories (or 1-4). so does it means i can eat some while dieting for a contest?????

It's a calorie-free condiment! That means you can sop up your food with it if you want!

Just make sure it is only yellow mustard. French's is the best. Some add sugar so be careful but I used my last diet and it didn't effect any thing. Also at the end of your diet watch because some are high in sodium.
