I live about 30 miles from the Lima Ohio Tank Plant and know many guys who build the M1A1 Abrams Tank. Those guys take lots of pride in their work unfortunately tanks are not needed like they use to be and the place has gotten really slow. But I've seen and heard the stories from these guys on these tanks (ours) and they are bad ass machines.

Dude. The M1A1 has to be seen to be fully appreciated.

The 1st time i saw one rolling by when i was enlisted in the Marines was a awe inspiring sight. Same with the Cobra.
