California passes 'yes means yes' sex-assault rule (srs)
http://news.yahoo.com/california-ado...014601744.html

Just saw this on the misc, terrible for the guys, gives women too much power

"Cliffs:
- It presumes guilt & shifts burden of proof to the accused.
- Person has to say "yes" before having sex to "consent." You can see how many problems this creates. Brb have sex with woman, next day she can claim rape because you didn't say yes? It's all "he said she said" in which woman has the complete advantage as usual.
- Both man + woman drunk. Both can't consent, but if she says "he raped me," man is a rapist even though both can't consent.
- Stay away from women. They are pretty much cancer.

- ALWAYS RECORD THE WOMAN'S RESPONSE BEFORE YOU HAVE SEX. So when she decides she wants to call rape, you have proof.

Best to just get them to sign a contract before the deed.

Maybe with a list of acceptable activities - with a place to check which are OK.

I could see this being a positive thing. Say you are out to dinner and the bill comes, you give her the contract to sign and if it's negative you split the bill and tell her to find her own fucking way home.

Always have a hidden camera in your room like infamour pornographer Pierre Woodman. He did start to film his "castings" because he got scared after the Michael Tyson rape scandal.

Apparently there is a section in the bill that states:

"Affirmative consent must be ongoing throughout a sexual activity and can be revoked at any time."

So what is constant affirmative consent throughout the act? Are the man and woman supposed to confirm a "yes" every 5 minutes and 43 seconds?

the conviction rate for rapes and sexual assaults is very low

this basically comes down to the fact that it is word against word

also there are a lot of malicious rape allegations a stat that is swept under the carpet

they are doing this simply to get the conviction rate up

they should balance it off by prosecuting all the malicious allegations too

that will never happen though due to politics

the balance of power is slipping towards women in every area of life

they are bringing in women only short lists for jobs in the uk now

in areas where women are underrepresented

but not the other way round in jobs like nursing

might be an idea to record all sexual encounters just to make sure

although im sure that will get you in the shit too

You could always kill them afterwards

..hang on...wait a minute.

what that means is if she suddenly says no

the next thrust is rape

at last premature ejaculators are at a distinct advantage

That's how it has always been in the US....if you're engaged in coitus with a female and she tells you to stop for some reason, you can't just keep fucking her.  I'm not sure why that would be a surprise.

What's stopping the girl from lying and claiming she didn't say yes?

Well, that has always been the case.  But it would be difficult to get a criminal conviction on that basis of that alone.  So unless you have significant assets that you could lose in a civil lawsuit, there isn't too much to worry about.

The BIGGEST problem is with all of these details, is there is NO PROOF...  U N L E S S  you all start illegally (for your own good) recording all pre-hookup small talk when you go to a girl's house.
That's my take on this, and exactly what I'll be doing... seriously!

Just record the whole night, barely uses any power on these new phones to leave the mic running and recording with the screen off.

There are predator scumbags out there who do drug and booze women up to have there way with them.

But a law like this is scary for your average single dude who has had a few drinks with his date or a woman he just meets.

What's odd is most men have had scenarios where they had a few too many drinks and ended up regretting boning an ugly or fat chick but no man would ever go to the law and claim to have been raped. Why the double standard?

Its becoming a scary liberal world out there.

Gotta have them sign the waiver...

So now everytime i have sex I have to get verbal consent in the form of a firm yes before we get started? Even then verbal contracts are always bs because either party can change the original agreement without any problem since there is no written record. So now I'm going to have to start printing out sex contracts.

Get her to sign a pre-coital agreement that confirms she consents to sex. As you are fucking her, keep checking she is consenting. Get her to confirm, in writing, any sudden changes in the plan - such as fingering her anus etc.. Finally, get her to sign a post-coital agreement stating that she was not raped and consented to all activities.

Simple.

I know a guy who was passed out drunk at a friends place and some fat bemouth went into his room, slept with him, got pregnant, and what can he do? He can't claim rape how can you prove it? So he's stuck with a kid because she basically raped him. You'd get less for murder.

Camille Paglia: The Modern Campus Cannot Comprehend Evil

http://time.com/3444749/camille-paglia-the-modern-campus-cannot-comprehend-evil/ (http://time.com/3444749/camille-paglia-the-modern-campus-cannot-comprehend-evil/)

Colleges should stick to academics and stop their infantilizing supervision of students’ dating lives, an authoritarian intrusion that borders on violation of civil liberties. Real crimes should be reported to the police, not to haphazard and ill-trained campus grievance committees.

Too many young middleclass women, raised far from the urban streets, seem to expect adult life to be an extension of their comfortable, overprotected homes. But the world remains a wilderness. The price of women’s modern freedoms is personal responsibility for vigilance and self-defense.

Women generally don’t like to verbalize their desire to get banged out. They prefer dropping subtle cues that experienced, confident men will recognize and use to lead the interaction toward the bedroom. They also prefer to put up token resistance before relenting completely. A law that requires women deny these two essential aspects of their nature, or to twist them into something inhuman, is a law doomed to fail… or to “succeed” beyond the wildest dreams of its femcunt sponsors.
