Nope. He was a weird shaped head. Not everyone looks better bald.
He has $$$ he should be able to invest In some Arnold quality plugs. Unless he doesn't have good donor hair.

guy I work with uses toppik,fills in well,powders to full head no spaces or scalp look,looks like he dyed his hair over painting it ,he had a lot of hair to catch the fibers so its not that bad,but he's always feeling or checking forehead for run ,will not go outside when its raining tho  :-\...i's say scale 1-10 for him its a solid 9 on a difference maker..uses a product in it too to spike /has a small version of the jersey shore pauly d do going..
