Lol, I'm trying to talk someone out of buying any supplements until he's better versed at lifting. But the local juicehead behind the counter at the supplement store has him convinced these are how he got his size. ::)

No clue. He went to some supplement store for protein and they were trying to push this stuff. I don't know anything about these things. :-[

Usually when someone is pushing something like that (like at a GNC), they're getting kickbacks, so they really have no interest in addressing the person's situation other than their wallet.
