I don't think that's the point he's trying to make. He's saying the guy has a unique shape, so if you and him do the same amount of drugs one of you is going to look totally different than the other.

while claiming being natural.
Liars are all around us, they lie to take advantage, mostly to get money. Until someone can prove he is a liar, he is natural. No mater how ridiculous his claim sound.
