Title: Is NO ONE the new DOGCRAPP?
Post by: El Diablo Blanco on October 01, 2014, 07:19:35 AM
When Dante used to post here about 10 years ago under Dogcrapp he came up with his DC routine of HIT.  A lot of people followed it and a lot called him full of BS.  He ended up making a career out of it and started his own supp line.  Now NO ONE has his routine and some are loving it and those who haven't tried it are call him full of BS.   Is NO ONE the new DOGCRAPP?

I feel the more complicated and odd a trainning method is the more drugs it hides.
Remind me of that scumbag ben paloski trying to sell his trainning ebooks, and doing trainning in a lab oh brother  ::)

It really frustrate me when I see all theses so called bro science wannabes trying to reinvent the wheel, bodybuilding is an individual sport and the routine that works for me might not work for you, just go into the gym experiment with different sets and reps and find out what works best for you.

I strangely find myself agreeing with the trainer on this one.

eat right, do cardio, train with weights.....lean muscles.

everybody can follow this system and everyone will build muscles.....but everyone will build their muscles differently.

interesting.

let me clear the air here. I think when I'm done you'll get where im coming from.

I don't want to be the next anything. I don't want anything other than to help people. that's it.

when I started I didn't know fuck all abt training. my cousin took me to the gym. he showed me how to train. my uncle was a stud. I looked up to him. he taught me how to eat properly. encouraged me. pushed me.

if it weren't for those two dudes I prolly never would have started training. and that's a goddamn shame cause it's enriched my life in innumerable ways.

all I'm doing is paying it back in my own way.

I'm not here to help the average guy who's happy to go to the gym an hr a day and slog thru the same boring routine and get the same boring results and look the same way after 10 years of training and dieting. if your him that's great. good for you for staying active and training. I'm not here for you. I'm here to show those interested how to get results fast. our diet did it. this does it.

I want to help that 5% of all trainers for who just average isn't good enough. those who want to push themselves. those who want to look better. perform better. recover faster.

truth of the matter is you guys who post a lot here think you make up the bulk of the traffic on the board. you couldn't be more wrong. 100's of people w less than 10 posts in several years of being here lurk. a lot of them are interested in bettering themselves. not being average.

you think I post this stuff for YOU? lol fuck no. I know this place. it's a bunch of for your most part cynical loudmouths who look like shit. I post my ideas for those who are genuinely interested in improving their performance and their bodies.

so you clowns who have a problem w me helping other and passing along what I have learned- and you know who you are- eat a dick you pansies. this isn't for YOU. don't flatter yourself into thinking otherwise. I give a fuck abt you or how you train.

hope this helps.

What's the ideal calorie requirements per day on your routine?

What's the ideal calorie requirements per day on your routine?

theres no one answer for that.

nattys will be different. females will be different. males will be different. anabolics users will be different. anabolics and peptide users would be different. are they trying to lose body fat. are they happy with their current bf level. i wont add trying to gain 'weight' to this list because i simply do not believe in bulking.

the routine really prompts an environment for growth given the frequency with which the muscle can be trained and how fast it recovers. thats why peptide/anabolics users would be at the upper end of what i'd think someone needs to consume daily, and that cal adjustment would come from protein sources, not necessarily fats or carbs.

i think people eat too much in general so my recommendations would prolly be much much lower than you'd anticipate.

Just stop with the bullshit your training high volume with no rest which you claim to invent although its being around since before you where born is not going to make a difference, I do agree that if you have being doing the same routine for a long time and you switch it up with any other routine it can help you break though a plateau if your workouts are getting stale.

Do you think you are talking to a bunch of dumb nobodies on this site, go sell your bullshit to poeple who dont have a clue.

Exactly. All workout routines will build muscle, within reason. You could even drop the cardio if getting lean is your goal. It's useful for overall health but totally unnecessary to become lean.

the nutrition chapter includes a 1000kcal 'sample diet' but there's no need for most people to exceed that by much.

A 1000cal diet?

Fucking gibberish.   There are people out there who can help and add value in a more honest and credible way than this.
