Shaw isn't an IFBB bodybuilder.

I am a old school lifter I lift a heavy weight for 8 reps to failure walk around for a minute looking in the mirror flexing my muscles and repeat, not a fan of crossfit or any of these fads that comes along every few years.

CrossFit is all the rage down here in Queensland, especially among ladies 50 and older.

Ah, good to see another builder preaches and uses the "Weider Pose for the Hoes" principal.
I would tell you that you are indeed the Man, but being the Man you already know that.

Haha yes

If you buy one they'll give 2% of the sale towards the salary of someone running a breast cancer "non-profit".

Since cross fit is all about proper form ::)

I just think its funny the other dude is dropping it while Shaw hold the bar the entire time. Obviously he is freakishly strong and a beast/ ogre of a man but still, crazy

The weight in his hands literally goes up as if it were a feather , hence the 'bad form'

For anyone else it would be difficult to mimic proper form if you were lifting something you could hardly tell was even in your hands.

I could never squat properly with less than 100kg (2 plates each side) on back, you just do what's easiest not what's right. Anyone who ever did a fitness course would know the feeling having to bend knees to pick up 5kg dumbells like a dick.

Guy in pink t shirt was fairly jacked but why did he have to wear the douchebag hat? Just to remove any doubt he was a crossfitter cos he was built?

Guy in the pink was jacked but the weight was impacting his form obviously , unlike Shaw who couldn't even tell it was in his hands.
And yeah you do whats easiest not whats right , I like that term.

Dude in the middle has a fake leg. More impressed with him deadlifting than some "crossfit" douche.

I wonder if this crossfit craze will ever translate into the USA not sucking at Olympic weightlifting.

It's not the lift itself. Its technical breakdown after doing too many reps paired with something else for "AMRAP". This is what these douchbags like Assman don't understand. But....it's good for business, mine specifically.
