Interesting article about whether or not you may benefit years after juicing. Does this prove that maybe some clean athletes really arent, or are they all liars?
-
They just didn't get caught again. But yes the benefits of drugs last for many years. I have seen guys that were big and juiced when they were young, get of the drugs and shrink down to a pretty much regular guy. Many years later start training without drugs and put on a lot more size than they did when they were younger before juicing.

muscle memory comes to mind, I agree with the above

Like Croatch? Or, is he just lying?

Steroids increase the number of satelite cells inside the muscle, so it permanently improve the "potential of growth"
that being said creatine does the same thing
on paper the effects are permanent, in real life you just lose the gains when you come off period

all lies
bodybuilders lose it all once they go off despite hardest efforts not to
-
Lee Priest claimed to still benefit, but he may have just been talking out of his rear end.

This.
I think the only way it's permanent is if your trying to alter your body's proportion of fast twitch slow twich muscle fibers but that is a total guess.

I truly believe drugs raise the "natural" limit.
IE you can get bigger after gear and once again natural than just consistant natural.

Try incorporating reverse lunges and upright rows for high reps.
