using a 3 day split with no rest days - easing into no one's full system
grown 5 lbs and leaner on 1000 calories

but I'm sure everyone piping off in this thread like the onion and those who undoubtedly will have much more efficient ways of getting leaner and putting on tissue.

10, 000 cals a day super compensation and insulin sensitivity is the way to go.

this is a challenge to anyone who wants to step up and back up their talk w results. im willing too. so is EC. why wont you?
march your tiny tit ass into the bathrrom. see that skinny fat guy looking back at you whos an internet expet and has all the answers? thats you. take a pic of it and post it here- dont worry we already know you look like shit thats why you havent posted a pic yet, so nobody will bother to ridicule you.
then use whatever diet and training routine that you want for the next 9 weeks. even use the same one when you managed to lose an AMAZING 13 pounds in 5 months.
then take a pic of the result all that superhuman effort, come back here and show us all the finished result of the shredded godly being that you have become, and then EC will post his pic as well at this time and we'll have us all a little comparison.
we'll see just how much you know, shall we?
btw im not training EC. hes someone who follows my threads and advise. i dont tell him what to eat, how much to eat, what exercises to do, what workout to do.

anyway ive done nothing but drink coronas all summer, eat nachos pizza and wings, trained 3 times a week, and have been off anabolics for 6 weeks. basically im in the poorest shape cosmetically that i have been in in a couple of years.
id be happy to post a pic of my fat self tonite, and one in 9 weeks if one of you know it alls wants to step up.
to be honest dont even waste your time. it took you 5 months to lose 13 lbs.
