Title: "training systems"...
Post by: KandiAss on October 07, 2014, 05:29:22 PM
....are consumed by losers and propagated by charlatans...

To quote the great Disgusted: "There's only so many ways you can push and pull with your arms....".

Your arms lift and push stuff, your legs do the same.

No magic machines is going to overcome your genetics limitations.

Work hard but work smart. Don't waste your time doing insane "machine" shit and other idiocies. Time is limited on this planet until further notice.

Enjoy it the best you can. Be productive, be happy.

You're either trolling or don't know your ass from a hole in the ground. Hope this helps.

I couldn't disagree more. Machines offer variety and insure you use good form. They are great for working through minor injuries. Nothing overcomes genetics. Just learn to work within the limitations. Be the best you can be.

Machines isolate, don't recruit motor units and are horrible for rehab. Great for soccer moms and bodybuilders. But we don't function in isolation. We function multi-joint.
