They pulled a gun on him because he reached in his backpack.

They tased him because he tried to jump in the backseat.

Bingo.  That's at the root of a lot of problems involving law enforcement right now.

They seem to have attitude that it's ok to smoke people (or their dogs) anytime they get antsy.
