As a kid you saw popeye eating his spinach when he wanted to get strong, well spinach is loaded with natural steroids and they did a study with rats who got stronger while eating spinach while the rats who did not eat it saw no increase in strength, evan centopani eats spinach with all his meals, so if you guys want to get buff eat your spinach.

Um, Evan looks very chemical!  Not that there is anything wrong with that, but he certainly didn't get that way from Spinach.  Remember when Jeff Long first came on the scene looking like a chemical experiment?  Evan looks like that.  And his chest is still not keeping up with the rest of his body.  :(

Excellent idea....only I generally eat fresh or sometimes frozen spinach. Guess I could crush the box of frozen spinach open and see what happens.  ;D

EDITING?? haha. There is two bottoms in photoshop! One is caled black and white! PUSH! The other one is called contrast bottom. DONE
