I like this show a lot.  I hate that it's on Saturdays.  Always trying to remember to catch a replay.

You won`t realise how great it is until you`ve watched all 5 series, and then re-watch them all again.Theres so many things you pick up on the second time around.

can't watch it. I lived it (to an extent) and some things hit to close to home when I originally turned it on.

I had to turn it off, it brought up to mamy painful memories.

From one Decepticon fan to another, I'm sincerely sorry to hear that :(

It is a fantastic show, though.

And no, Adam, Hell on Wheels isn't better ;)

Mind you, HOW is fucking AWESOME.  I love it.  But it and BB are different.  It'd be like comparing the original three Star Wars -- you know, the good ones -- to the best Trek series.  Apples and grapefruits oranges!

Excellent show.

Skip through the episode called "Fly".   It never gets good.  The other 60+ episodes rock.  Probably peaks in the middle... last season they could have done more... but up there with The Wire as one of best shows ever.

Don't listen to him, "Fly" was a great episode. As far of the series, it's truly one of the best ever.

aw i loved Fly. it's a bottle episode, sure, but i liked it for that odd breath it gave.

crawl space is the peak of the series, though. that ending is fucking harrowing. ozymandias as well.

Don't watch it or else you'll become a hermit and watch it for the next week, it's just too addicting.  Just walk away while you can.

One of my favorite shows of all time.

My two favorite characters were:

Never touched meth but know the feeling. Especially when jessie has those parties mixing with low lifes and spongers. Just make sure ali baba is closed and you can watch it.

Breaking Bad had too many plot holes and unfinished ends.  The writers occasionally got really lazy and stupidity ensued at times.  We are led to believe Walter White all of a sudden had some sort of unexplained meltdown after college and left his girlfriend and all the notes of his lifes work for a never explained reason.  Its very important and they glossed over it and never returned to it.  Epic Fail.

Then the whole Lily of the Valley poisoning of the boy magically happened.  Of course Walter did it, but never went into how and when.  (I have theories and read many and they don`t really add up).

The stupid gun he built at the end was something out of a D movie.  Total shit and I expected more out of Walter.  Marie was a Klepto and they were going with that for a while and then all of a sudden dropped it because they did not know what to do with it.  She had a "therapist" and that was that.  Total shit.  She was a good character actually.  Then you had the old lady in the wheelchair who died during filming, but yet they left that in there and did not explain it.  Lydia was an annoying moron and so was Skylar and the retarded son as well.

There is a ton more shit that was wrong and did not fit, but thats what is on the top of my mind.

Many more holes than that.

Walter White, Gus,Saul, Mike carried the show.  The parts they did get right, were some of the best ever though.  Overall good show, but I feel Hell on Wheels so far fits better and the characters are of literary classic ilk, part American Literature-Devil and Daniel Webster/Tom Walker, part Shakespearean at times, sprinkled with bits of Cormac McCarthy with "The Swede" and on.

Both good shows, but I am giving the edge to Hell on Wheels, a show that finally shows the Indians as the savages they were and the Union soldiers the monsters that they were.  ;)

JESUS CHRIST!!!!!!  I just spent two weeks in a breaking bad marathon. Watching 60 some episodes. Good god! Wut a show. After I started this thread I was afraid to open it due to fear there were spoilers in it.

Those of u who think it's hype like I did....it's most definitely not. Wow.

Painful watching season 5 n the downward spiral.
