Hmmm now that you mention it maybe I should do a video then with me throwing up 405 like its nothing on the flat bench that would really mess with the haters.

silly imagery aside, that dude is fucking impressive. 200lb DBs inclined for reps, pulling 675x6 beltless, a fucking human flag(!!!!), 500lb squats with no arms, and a decent box jump.

yeah yeah fat, but i guarantee you he's more athletic, yeah athletic, than anyone on here.

that was definitely the moment i went "ohhhh shit this guy is for real".

i mean there are a lot of big dudes who can lift heavy weight, but it's REALLY rare to see that kind of body control.

no doubt. the whole thing was pretty crazy. i've tried armless squats before, they're goddamn impossible. even a tiny tip in any direction and boom, there goes the bar.

How much weight did you have on? It's pretty easy to balance with 2 plates on or more.

Why in the name of anything holy would someone look into the mirror and see such a mushy pile of shit and then say "hey, I think I'll go get my camera"?

The ex-con is strong. As for Piano. Dude might be popular with the 25 and under crowd but the metrosexual badass shtick is about as classless as you can get with anyone older or at least it should be. He's one of those dudes who probably grew up in a million dollar gated community.

yep. he's one of those guys that definitely appeals to the high school flex-magazine-subscription crowd. but then again, no one knew who the fuck he was when his arms only had muscle tissue in them and he wasn't covered in tattoos.

that's the funny thing, people call Rich Piana an idiot and pull up old pics of him before he "went crazy", but the dude's made as much a name for himself as you can in a field as stupidly niche as bodybuilding. i'd argue more people know who he is than the olympia top 5.

When Piana posted on Mayhem he actually came across as a level headed guy. That was a long time ago, though.
