He has zero muscle.  It must be horrible to juice for years and only have a receding hairline to show for it.

Its amazing how much down hill has shrunk you could not look at him and tell that he use to be a pro bodybuilder, now he is just a gym warrior cause he does not have the balls to step in the cage.

When his physique changed, his facial expression changed as well

Now he is almost always smiling (excessively) and stares at you in a strange fashion.
