Title: Im gonna throw-up

Played some tennis today during lunch, stopped by Culvers on the way back to the office and got a chocolate malt (cheat day), ok I just couldn't resist it. 

All that sugar after not having any for so long.........I think I am gonna puke........

That might not be such a bad thing   :-\
