For the past 6 mo. I've been supplementing my bodybuilding diet with protein powder, CEE (creatine-ethyl-ester), and the Animal Pak. I feel these supplements have helped me, but was wondering if there are any additional items I could add to my stack that would be beneficial for packing on more muscle.
There are three supplements I have been considering and I would appreciate your input.
1. Arginine (ester or non-ester)
2. BCAA's
3. Acetyl-L-carnitine
I'm curious to hear your opinions.

2. Pointless IMO, especially if you're consuming adequate protein throughout the day.
