Spinal stenosis caused by cervical vertebrate/disc damage. The correlation is undeniable.
Damage to the cervical vertebrate and their disc often result in the reduced ability to recruit or fire your triceps. The damage occurs to the radial nerve. It happens more often to the left arm than the right arm. Ruhl and Coleman were text book examples.

I'll lean strongly towards lifting aka spinal compression. I suffered compression fractures of C4, C5 & C6 AND ruptured the associated disc and was absolutely unable to flex or fire my left triceps. It's was most disconcerting. Surgery fixed me. I never used HGH. Plenty of anabolics but no HGH.

sad thing is alot of bodybuilders, pros n non pros have been used to being big and feel they need to stay big to be accepted and liked. so they cant fathom the thought of ever getting small, they end up with medical problems from trying to stay to BIG to LONG.i guess its low self esteem or whatever

Ruhl will be the first human being to have eternal life. He can't be killed.
-
The film 'Highlander' was loosely based on Markus. The big difference is that even if you cut off his head, he just picks it up and puts it back on.

I think that the explanation that he is an Immortal, and has been alive for thousands of years more plausible than the explanation of him being natty.
