So I've tried out one of BigCyps frugal fitness recipes, but since it's cold and I need to be able to microwave my food...anybody got some good bbing slow cooker recipes? I'm going to buy one and start cooking lunches with it.

Any kind of cheap stew meat--pork shoulder, chuck roast, chicken thighs--turns out delicious in a slow cooker. Hell, even frozen chicken breasts and a jar of salsa turns out good.
I have a great cook book for slow cookers, if i can find it ill post it here

Recipe for slow cooker.
1 throw meat and vegetables in cooker
2 add a little bit of water or tomato sauce
3 turn on cooker and leave
4 return from day of banging supermodels and manipulating economic markets
5 season food to taste

But sometimes she's too slow and I have to wait until she bathes the kids to get my dinner

For number 4 could I substitute "return from a day of jerking off and checking the couch for change?"

beef, onions, some mixed beans and pulses, whatever veg, bbq sauce

3-5 lbs of Chicken breast or chicken tenderloin, about a 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce and 1/2 cup or so of water. Slow cook around 5 hours. As the chicken begins to cook start shredding it up in the cooker.
