I see you have a new intra workout drink formulated by John meadows for your company prime nutrition
But this seems like the same intra workout drink from biotest
I think it's called plasma or surge fuel not sure
So my question is
Is this based off the biotest supplement
Did John meadows and u copy the biotest one??
Why should I buy your powder instead of biotest's...I know biotest well but I have never heard of your company!!!
And why did john look so angry in the YouTube video where Evan and him discuss the powder?!!

John was extremely dehydrated in the video, not angry! Lol. That desert climate reeks hell on his body.
Our product is less expensive and just as effective. Ours also tastes WAY better. We ONLY use HBCD as our carb. No cheap filler carbs.

The product will ship the week of the 27th. We will keep the pre-sale price for the next run of 5000 units. I would guess that'll last around a month.
Evan was ready for a change. We offered him a similar deal as Universal had, but with much more responsibility and much better incentives. I think it was an easy chose for him since he believed in the product line, and knows we want to make a positive difference in the supplement industry. Also, we take Evan seriously. Not just as a bodybuilder, but as a man, and as an executive.

The Prime product is a high margin product for them, carb products (yes even HBCD's) are fairly cheap and they skipped on some costs, they are missing some of the EAA's especially the expensive ones.
Smart product for them as people will buy into the hype of "John Meadows". If Meadows had his way they would have used casein hydro but Prime realized they won't be able to make a big profit off of that so they went the cheaper route with the EAA's but people will still buy it.

NaturalWonder, You should take your buisness some where else. PJ and Aaron are nothing but snake oil salesmen. They dont even use there own products. The guys are a joke. The sad truth is they are laughing at consumers instead of laughing with them. They bash Dave Palumbo, but AT least Daves products are used by athletes. His protein is good.

because its not just the cost of the raws, is it? its a lot more involved than that. if you had even tried to break into this industry you'd know what.
and not everyone buys from a wholesaler and puts their own labels on. there are legit guys w legit product who compound their own products. i cant speak for pj hes got his own voice he can address this but the way you paint everyone w the same brush is ignorant.
trying to break into this market w product regardless of what it is, or how good it is, and make a run of it without spending 10x what you make in a year is almost impossible. even then its a dice roll.
i know. i have 2 products that my partner from back in the day could market that would blow the doors off anything in their category. but the break in to market costs, not just the start up costs are astronomical.
i say props to pj for doing it. i wish him all the best. its a fucking veeeeery competitive market and very volatile -- your margins only last until the next big thing/product your competitor comes out with.
they are smart for retailing it themselves. they'd lose too much on the back end if they wholesaled it to stores so i get their logic there. even just getting it to that point is a fucking nightmare of almost unbelievable proportion not just costs but time, and getting the name out there so people will buy it, cause thats what generates sales in this bracket.

You seem to be upset simply because you didn't have their marketing skills and wish you thought up those ideas yourself.. You had your opportunity and you missed the boat with your continued sales in prohormones. Comparing them to Abbott and Costello is something they should consider as a compliment because they were not only the best of friends but were the best comedy team ever to exist.

Blackstone Labs is not marketed towards teenagers....they are marketing to the 21-45 year old crowd. Personally I thought the name Angel Dust was ...and still a bad name for a product and told Aaron directly that he was out of his mind. However, it was a big hit as it had a healthy dose of that DMAA in it. Its been now reformulated so I'm not sure how well it works now as I've not sampled it as of yet.
Their marketing for products has been spot on and its beginning to show....ads are popping up on MD, Flex....just everywhere. Bodybuilding.com has their line and soon...the products will be available at Vitamin Shoppe if everything went well yesterday.
I can't complain because I've made money off Blackstone Labs....something I needed after my breakup. Now I have a pretty nice apartment, nice furniture and soon to be this nice little ride slanted to be parked outside. Its all gravy

There is enough business in our industry for everybody. Bodybuilding and fitness is a 35-40 billion dollar a year industry. So there is more then enough money to go around.
So with that being said, I hope PJ and Aaron continue to do well. I dont wish bad on anybody. May they have their best year ever. But please Kick down Guys like NaturalWonder a bottle of fatburners or what ever. It doesnt hurt, it actually helps you. You can never pay it forward enough.

Blackstone Labs is not marketed towards teenagers....they are marketing to the 21-45 year old crowd. Personally I thought the name Angel Dust was ...and still a bad name for a product and told Aaron directly that he was out of his mind. However, it was a big hit as it had a healthy dose of that DMAA in it. Its been now reformulated so I'm not sure how well it works now as I've not sampled it as of yet.
Their marketing for products has been spot on and its beginning to show....ads are popping up on MD, Flex....just everywhere. Bodybuilding.com has their line and soon...the products will be available at Vitamin Shoppe if everything went well yesterday.

I was in a similar situation probably more seriuos then this. One of my relatives was heavily into OC and he was being watched by the DEA for 2 years and they raided his house shot the dog rammed holes in all the walls looking for weight and then didn't find shit and left. they did have a search warrant. I used to hang out there all the time and they watched me too just because I was related to the guy and they came to talk to me and had a warrant for just my car and my body but not for my house and I didn't let them in. They kept me in front of my house in cuffs for 4 hours questioning me and trying to get a judge to sign a search warrant for my house but i didn't have anything on me so they didn't get one but they robbed me took my car,all my jewelry I was wearing at least 5K in jewelry.
They made it a bitch to get my car back my lawyer didn't even think it was a good idea. the dealership wanted everything I owed on the car so I let it go and just bought a new one and i never filed for my jewelry back lawyer said it would just be a huge hastle and take a year and piss them off more so i just dropped 5 grand to buy new jewelry. I was only 18 it really sucked but i was hanging out with some older people involved in some big time shit.

Some months sfter that he got paper home that he was clean.mthats all, no appologie and after that the neighbours tought he was a drugdealer or something like that and they didnt let there kids play with his anymore.
another example is a guy thst was in the bar talking to a women.. turns out she was a cop and was of duty but called her pigfriends anyway cause she tought his traps where to big so they snatched him in the club infront of everyone and took him to the station. So he missed his night out and was embarrased ejen it was infront of everyone and he to turned out to be natural. They didnt raid his home tough. He went to the media but the cops didnt think they had done anythong wrong.

wow! I mean I kind of got what I had coming to me. What goes on there is just crazy! The DEA and other law enforcement are HUGE anabolic steroid users that is why it is a little diffrent in the states. I know several steroid dealers who don;t mind seloling to cops or DEA because they just want juice like everybody else. I personally wouldn;t sell to somebody I knew was law enforcement but I do know dealers that have no problem with it. They would never sell them recs but steroids are diffrent somehow they don;t mind selling these guys gear.

Keto works very well for me. Fast too. I was 260lbs. I am currently 240. It took me 8 weeks.
I just switched to a carb cycling diet for this last phase!

I'm around 6-7% now.
I'm doing carb cycling now. This is a new thing. I was doing 45 minutes of cardio per day, and I have just bumped it up to 50 in the AM and 30-45 in the PM. I am hoping to get to around 225.

I also tried the shoulder exercise where you brought the dumbbells in front of your body then made a full arc overhead. sort of like a side lateral raise, but they were above your head.
Lets be honest, lifting weights can get boring, so I am always trying to "invent" new exercises. always seeing how i can work out differently on a machine or something.

I did the same workout you did Pj and honestly it did work well!I did it H.I.T just like you did! Except I started with seated rear delts and they didn't feel quite pumped enough so I finished with a brutal dropset of them to finish up.

I tried the shoulder workout and it;s harder then it looks and I am juiced up. we are the same age. I know you hve done more juice then me but I am already a TRt patient and get the watson Test cyp plus I use more then prescribed and buy extra plus I tu other compounds. so I don;t think PJ is that much more enhanced then me except right at the moment I am not using HGh because Pj won't hook me up with this movie deal!

PJ I notcie you mentioned you have weaker rear delts have you ever tried doing sets of rear delts on back day and shouklder day? That is what I do! I use the reverse peck deck machine like you used when you trained shoulders and I blast them like you did on shoulder day but i also blast them on back day! Why donlt you do that? or am I worng for throwing in rear delts on back day and shoulder day? everybody seems to want huge rear delts and I find you use your rear delts alot on back day as well as shoulder day so at the end of my back day i will do a nasty drop set of seated machine reverse pack dec for rear delts(same machine you used in your shoulder workout but you started out with that exercise because you said it was the weakest.
Both shoulder and back day you are activating your rear delts so why not go do a brutal drop set to finish up your workout. all those rows and one armed dumbell rows work your rear delts as well as lats. I honestly do a somewhat similar workout but I start out with 50 assited pull-ups(not all in one set usually takes 3-4 sets) just to pre-exhaust alot of the muscles used. I don't see alot of people just jump into rown alot of us start with a assited chin-up machine to get every muscle pre-exhausted plus man those pull-ups if don right do hit those rear delts. Is it because your shoulders kind of fucked? I do shrugs on shoulder day but fuck it do them on back day as well!

They have everything else you can think of. They should of held of on buying a few of those shitty hammer strenth machines and bought a tanning bed. no offense to Hammer strength machines some of them are great but a few of them just suck!

Great job PJ that is very impressive given some of the backround. Those are some crazy gains in such a short period of time. I bet it costed alot of money to get that shredded in a 3-4 months especially with all the physical therapy bills and sure the other costs like food and PEDS. Injurys def suck I had it going pretty nicely too untill I fucked up my back when I got hit by that drunk driver.I didn't want surgery so i went the painkiller route and got pretty addicted I had a huge battle with oxycontin and oxycodone and finally beat it after a few years. It is very hard to look at yourself after being in a dark place for awhile.
I had to go to physical therapy for 6 months and it took suboxone to get my off opiates and back in the gym. I trained naturally for a few months but I jumped back on PEDs hoping to get back in the shape I used to be in. I'ts very frustrating to deal with injurys but shit does happen. doing squats and deadlifts hurts my lower vertabrae these days and are not very beneficial, I have to do other exercises like hack squats and leg press and sometimes squats on a smith rack alot of leg extensions, always a way to work around a injury but becoming 1005 is very tough

Damn pj your training videos are awesome, myntriceps ate sore from yesterdays session and they never get sore. My back has always been a problem area for me, i never get pump in the lats and they are always lagging big time but watched your back video today and trained back after and the pump was 10x more then usual and for the first time it was fun to train the lats and finally got contact. Feels like i will finallynget decent lats for the first time.

Me too. Last thing I want is saggy old man glutes. I've been going really deep on squats and doing the squeeze at the top. Not using the resistance I once did, but for me today squats are all about using good form.

So if :45 is the ideal total workout time, how much time do you suppose one should take between sets? I've been resting about 1 minute between sets and a little bit longer if it is a large muscle group like squats, like maybe one and a half minutes.
